Review
This rangefinder is the easiest one to use of all I’ve tried. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks but everyone that has tried it loved it. They all remarked how easy it was to lock onto the target. I liked the “jolt” you get when you lock onto the flagstick but you can turn it off if you don’t. The slope reading is underneath the distance reading and you can turn it off too. It is legal for tournaments. The slope isn’t that big of a deal on my home course (not much elevation) but it’s a lot of fun when I play other courses. I think it gives me an advantage on the par 3 “greenies”. I’m 68 and don’t have the steadiest hands but this is easy to zero in even at long distances. I can stand outside the cart and shoot the flags easily. I haven’t replaced the battery that comes with it, but while researching this unit, I found these batteries to be much less expensive than others. Bushnell recommends changing the battery every 6 months and if it lasts anywhere close to that long I’ll be a happy camper.
